Ludwigs-Quartier Ludwigshafen – Living space with a future

In the heart of Ludwigshafen, not far from the idyllic banks of the Rhine, a forward-looking residential project is being built in the Ludwigs-Quartier. The construction project comprises 195 modern rental apartments spread over eight stairwells, offering singles, couples, and families a new home.

The location of the quarter is impressive due to its proximity to the Rhine, excellent public transport connections, and proximity to health and educational facilities. A quiet inner courtyard with a playground creates additional space for relaxation and socializing. The building complex was constructed using solid reinforced concrete – without any masonry. The combination of clinker brick and plaster facades gives the quarter a timeless elegance and blends harmoniously into the cityscape.

A special highlight is the spacious underground car park with 236 parking spaces, 213 of which are in WÖHR Combilifts. Divided into 21 different systems in various grid sizes, the WÖHR Combilift 543 offers enough space-saving parking spaces for all residents of the neighborhood. All parking spaces – including those with parking systems – are already equipped with e-charging stations – a clear commitment to the mobility of the future.

The project meets the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard and relies on district heating and green roof areas to make a sustainable contribution to climate protection.
