The extraordinary refurbishment and addition of another storey to a residential building in Olgastraße in Stuttgart has been nominated for the Hugo-Häring State Prize 2021. 17 new projects in Stuttgart and the surrounding area have been selected, which now have the chance to get the “big Hugo”.
The inner courtyard of the townhouse has a WÖHR Parklift 461 D for four parking spaces on an area for only two parking spaces. With the parking lift range 461-463, the number of parking spaces is multiplied and at the same time offers the users convenient parking, which is extremely rare in Stuttgart city centre. When the double unit is lowered, two parking spaces including parked cars are hidden underground. The cover platform of the system continues to be available and provides two further parking spaces at street level. Another special feature is the fact that the cover platform can be occupied individually and perfectly adapted to the environment.

The city of Heilbronn sets further milestones for a sustainable urban development and is building a fully automated bicycle parking system from WÖHR.
Our Bikesafe will be set up at the Heilbronn train station and will offer 122 bicycle parking spaces.
The bicycles will be stored safe against vandalism and damage behind closed doors.
In addition to the transparent glazed facade, the Bikesafe offers further valuable features for an unique and comfortable user experience.
The excellent project "Neckarbogen" in Heilbronn was awarded the “National Award for Building Culture in Baden-Württemberg 2020”. With the “National Award for Building Culture in Baden-Württemberg”, the State is seeking to recognise and publicise particularly exemplary and transferrable solutions for the planning and construction challenges in the State’s towns and communities.

The Region of Stuttgart and their partners including WÖHR won´t be participating in the MIPIM fair in Cannes, France in June 2020. After the fair had to be postponed from March to June because of the corona-virus, there will be no booth of the Region of Stuttgart this year.
